Delete a Nova Ledger account

You can request permanent deletion of your Nova Ledger account and its associated asset records. Submitting a request starts the deletion process; it does not immediately erase the account. After verification, we complete valid requests within 30 calendar days.

Request deletion inside the app

  1. Sign in to Nova Ledger.
  2. Open the account menu in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Read the confirmation message and confirm the request.
  5. Nova Ledger records the request and attempts to sign you out. If the app reports a sign-out problem, contact support for help with your request.

Request deletion from the web

Email briankendallsoftware@gmail.com from the email address used for the Nova Ledger account. Use the subject Nova Ledger account deletion and state that the account and associated asset records should be deleted.

Never include the account password or an authentication code. Brian Kendall Software may ask the requester to verify control of the account email before processing the request.

The request covers the authentication account, user identifier, user-entered assets, and associated deletion-request records. After verification, a valid request will be completed within 30 calendar days.

Information that must be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation will be removed or de-identified when that need ends. See the privacy policy for full details.
